How do Wovn window treatments differ from what I’d find at a store or through an interior designer?
Our quality matches that of professional interior designers and luxury home furnishings brands, but at more affordable prices.
We do this by selecting the finest quality fabrics and purchasing them directly from the fabric mills, bypassing wholesaler and designer markups. Our products are handcrafted in the US with the same details designers specify in their work. For example, our window treatments are made with high quality lining, hidden hems, weights in the corners, and buckram stiffener at the top to help them hang more beautifully. Unlike store bought options, you can choose special details on your window treatments like blackout lining and order completely custom sizes, so that you are sure to get the perfect fit.
I don't want my drapery to look flat when drawn in. How do I determine fullness of the panel?
We calculate fullness so that you don’t need to take it into account when placing your order. Simply follow the measurement steps in our Fit Finder, and we will assess the appropriate amount of fullness needed from your specifications. Most of our drapes are designed with approximately 2x fullness to ensure the folds and pleats form and gather beautifully.
How many curtain rings do I need?
12 curtain rings are needed per 50" of panel width. Our drapes ship with pre-inserted drapery pins that require rings with eyelets or loops at the bottom for the pins to hook into. Contact us if you would like to confirm the precise number of rings needed for your drapes.

Can you measure my windows for me?
For clients in NYC, we offer in-home consultation and measurement services billed at $75 per visit.
While we don't currently make house calls outside of New York City, we can still help. Send us a picture of your window and we’ll outline exactly which measurements to take to ensure you get the right fit.
Do you offer Installation services?
Our roman shades ship attached to the hardware ready to be installed and we include the necessary mounts and screws. Our custom drapery rods also ship with everything needed for installation, including screws and drapery rings and mounts in your finish color.

Can I provide my own fabric (COM)?
Yes, all Wovn pieces can be made with COM (Customer’s Own Material). Contact us for more details and minimum order quantities at email@example.com.
How do I clean my window treatments?
We recommend periodic cleaning with a low-suction, hand-held vacuum, or dusting with a clean cloth or duster. For a deeper clean, we suggest hiring a professional window treatment cleaner or dry-cleaning drapes.
When is my credit card charged?
Because we start making your custom items immediately, your credit card will be charged when your order is placed.
How long will it take for my order to ship and deliver?
All products are custom stitched in 15 business days.
Orders are then shipped via standard ground service (usually UPS) for delivery in 3 to 5 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

We are currently shipping within the continental US only.
What is your return policy?
Every product we sell is custom made to fit customer provided specifications. Because these products are made by expert seamstresses to fit your precise style needs and measurements, we are unable to to accept returns.
If any of your Wovn products arrive damaged or defective out of the packaging in some way, please reach out to us within 10 business days of receiving them at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to fix the problem.
If you receive your custom order and realize upon trying to install it, that you may have measured incorrectly and your drapes or shades don't fit perfectly, please reach out to us within 10 business days of receiving the order at email@example.com. We will work with you as best as we can to rectify the issue.
